  • 1.Streching (warm-up)
  • Cardio (fat burning and warm-up)
  • Aerobic (fat burning firming)
  • 2.Streching (warm-up to weight training)
  • Weight lifting (fitness – muscle strengthening)
  • 3.Streching (stretching movements)

After weight training, your muscles will gain volume and tension, even if it is very small. This can affect your flexibility. Therefore, if you add the stretching movements to the last part of the workouts as I wrote above, there will be no problem. You will not lose your flexibility with both stretching movements. Stretching movements will also allow you to have a more stylish look.
