What is Doping Addiction?
Today, besides bodybuilding, doping is a chain of substances used by most of the athletes who are competitors in many Olympic sports. Swimmers, runners, shot putters, etc., regardless of sports branch, doping is the bleeding wound of many sports.
How young and unconscious people started doping can be explained as follows.
1- Without making you more conscious, without consciously preparing the training and nutrition programs, without following your body's metabolism, without explaining that this sport can be achieved in more natural ways by taking supplements (supplements). If you are working with a trainer who puts the harms of doping aside and gives you gas and says "nothing will happen, don't worry" and tries to sell you drugs that even he doesn't know, your doping start time will be faster. If you are in such a hall, leave immediately.
2- In our second option, it will be about how the person gets greedy and drives himself into the doping quagmire. Such people are subject to their ambitions, bring as many conscious teachers as you want and do not listen to any of them.
A 16-17 year old young citizen who wants to be busy with an exemplary bodybuilding sport registers at a gym. At first, as always, he starts with a sentence saying "sir, I don't want to be like you" and continues by saying "Let it be like this, let it be like this". While continuing the training in the hall, he sees that small changes occur in his body, and he becomes somewhat happy. He sees that his other friends who come to the hall later on are better. Young boys make childish gestures and rhetoric such as "I'm better than you, my arm muscles are bigger, my abdominal muscles are more", which incite each other and envy each other. Then, a small greed begins to form in the person. They work harder to be better than their friends. While the person who is the trainer is telling him that it is more beneficial for him to build a good muscle by using a good training program nutrition list and somehow using some supplements on time. The person first begins to listen to the word of his teacher. The student, who does not follow his teacher's word, still wants to be better even though he gets 100% efficiency naturally after doing everything he says. His teacher tells him that this sport will take time. He says this sport is a sport of patience, the more you sow, the more you reap. Of course, since the majority of young men do not have much patience, they look for ways to build muscle in a short time. He goes to the internet and searches everything (-there are millions of sites, each writes a separate person - not even teachers, even a passerby starts to believe the things on the sites where he becomes a member by putting a fake body on his profile photo) and then he does not tell anyone what he has researched. According to him, he found a "miracle". He tries to procure doping drugs without anyone knowing. He calls person X and says I want this and that medicine. The person who sells it (if he is really doing this job to make money and he doesn't care, people will poop the drug directly without raising awareness and look at the money. But if the seller is conscientious and the person is not conscious, he will not sell these drugs). The young man calls a few places and some of them do not sell the medicine to himself, and on top of that, they talk about the damage. The young lad, who started to be liked more by the girls, now experiences an explosion of self-confidence. At first, the young man who said, "I don't want to be like you," while registering to the hall, slowly begins to fall in love with himself in the mirror and wants more. Because his image in the mirror will never be enough for him. While wanting more, the person who has no knowledge or hearsay about doping thinks that building more muscle comes from taking more drugs (which is completely wrong. More drugs does not mean more muscle at all.) He starts to increase his doses and sees that he builds more muscle rapidly (but in fact, muscle building continues, not because he increases the dose, but because he continues to take the drug), he uses drugs and comes to a very different point in his life. he is always above him, whether it is social media or in reality, everyone talks about him etc. Afterwards, he does not have money to buy medicine anymore, the money runs out and he cannot buy medicines. His body begins to recede slowly within 1 month, his arms, legs, breasts, shoulders gradually shrink. He attributes the reason for this to drugs (however, when the young boy did not even know how to feed fully, he got into drugs, naturally, he connects everything to drugs) People who see the person "Oh what happened to you" "How much have you weakened" " Brother, what happened to your muscles? They ask questions such as “. Later, the person has problems with the weights he lifts, and he has become unable to lift the 50 kilos he had previously lifted. Apart from the retraction of the muscles, there is also a decrease in strength. Realizing this, the conscious coach takes the person aside and tells that what he is doing is wrong and that he is somehow aware of what he is doing and that this is not the right way. He does not want to go back to his old life again and says to his teacher "ok teacher etc" and passes it off. Whatever the person does, he finds money and starts taking drugs again. This cycle continues in the same way. Let alone making money in his life, the person spends everything he has for his body just for the sake of his ambition. However, he does not see the diseases that come because the body that looks healthy from the outside is actually different from what is inside… This person has been completely psychologically addicted to doping.
My suggestions:
Although drug addiction is a physiological addiction, it is something that can be treated. But doping addiction is a psychological addiction that concerns the person himself. And the cure for this is to finish this event in one's mind. This is also quite difficult. Because when the people around us see people with a body like a big or fit model, as long as they talk in the style of "oofff super brother" etc., one cannot get over it. He needs very serious psychological support and he needs to somehow change his environment and change the ideas in his mind.
Although there are many reasons for doping addiction, I only mentioned 2 reasons, which are at the forefront of the reasons we encounter in Turkey. Do not forget that "SPORT IS MADE FOR HEALTH" If you are going to do sports in any sports branch, first aim to be healthy. Regarding bodybuilding, let alone how luxurious and elite the gym is, first look at how knowledgeable and conscious the trainer is, and work with trainers who will take you on the right path.
There are people who are knowledgeable about the use of doping and do not go beyond the fingers of both hands in turkey. That's why, in our 80 million country, only 10 people can do this job wisely - we can't say that what they do is healthy, of course, but when there are 10 people who can do this job consciously, at least for the sake of a goal and success. Do not poison yourself without knowing anything. Yes, there are veterans of this business, masters, doctors, etc. every mr. olimpia you see a lot, how many different kinds of doctors, etc., they have trainers and teachers. This is not done so simply by saying that I will take the medicine and then use it unconsciously. Just as you trust the medicines given by the doctor when you go to the doctor. There are doctors and professors in this business.
Let's also say that with the use of doping, the effort you give increases 10 times, so it would be wrong to say that "doping users do it the easy way". It's always hard work. If you do not work hard, if you take a million drugs, you will be in your place. That's why I respect everyone here.
